Welcome to Three Pigs Bar-B-Q located at the Lake of the Ozark's in Gravois Mills. Three Pigs Barbecue's main location had a fire September 25, 10. Our restaurant is closed. However, we are still catering.  We purchase top quality meats: ribs, chicken, beef, pork, ham, and turkey. Meats and ribs are slow smoked over indirect heat using Ozark hickory and oak from the Ozark foothills of Lake of the Ozark. Our meats are sliced thin  and served warm piled high on a 5 inch bun. Our mild or hot barbecue sauce is served on the side. Our ribs are basted with our own sauce. Please call 573-372-1800 to discuss your catering needs. You can still order our tasty bar-b-cue sauce as well. We're adding a line of rubs and sauces for basting as well.
